Smoking allowed outside on patio - ( fire pit area) only .
No pets permitted due to allergy concerns.
Deposits
Accommodation - one night's rate including taxes - Visa or Master card for booking
Fishing - 35 % initial deposit - Visa or Master card for booking
The remainder of your booking fee is taken two weeks prior to your booking period . - Visa or Master card
Cancellation
Accommodation - requires 14 day's notice prior to booking period for refund .
Fishing - requires 30 day's notice - deposit will not be refunded but can be credited to another booking period
If you do not cancel your booking within the above time frame, or fail to check in, you loose your deposit and
full booking amount .
Early departures require full payment, unless we are able to rent to others.
Damage to property
You agree to reimburse Kootenay Wild for the full cost of any damage to property caused accidentally or otherwise, by any guest
We are an adult oriented facility . Children must be supervised at all times, and well behaved.
